My top 6 recipe book recommendations I usually only share with my clients!
I LOVE my recipes. They are designed to be nutritious, low-toxicity, low-inflammatory, contain whole real food, easy to cook in large batches, and remain tasty when frozen and reheated. Meal prep, batch cooking, and having pre-prepared food in the refrigerator or freezer are necessary for long-term success on any eating plan for life.
Sometimes though, we need recipes that can be cooked on the fly, or maybe for a special meal when leftovers are not as necessary.
There are innumerable recipe books on the market. It is difficult to find just the right ones. I have experimented with several, and these are my top choices for everyday-type food.
Many of the recipes are ultra-low carb. Others can be modified a little to make them so. There are also some higher carb recipes that would be good on carb refeeds or for post-workout meals occasionally.
